TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment:  

We accept PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo, Zelle, mailed check made out to Lucas Lee, or cash. Checks must clear before animal is shipped. 

 

Payment Plans may be made available on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. In the event a payment plan is utilized, we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the animal and the animal will not be shipped until payment is completed in full. All payments are non-refundable

 

Shipping:  

USA only for now. Purchased animal(s) will be shipped on a mutually agreed upon date in which weather conditions are acceptable for reptile transit. We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive so long as: 

​

-shipping date is mutually agreed upon ahead of time 

-somebody is present to receive the animal immediately upon arrival

-Shipping method is decided by the company

We reserve the right to delay or modify shipment terms for reasons such as weather, delays in common carriers, or other hazards which may endanger the life of the animal.

Animal Health:

We strive to sell only animals in peak physical health. Animal health is guaranteed for 72 hours after arrival so long as buyer contacts us immediately if there are any problems with the animal. Failure to notify within 72 hours terminates buyers right to object purchase based on illness or death. Inspect your animal thoroughly upon arrival! 

We guarantee animal sex for 3 months following arrival. 

We will gladly provide husbandry and care advice based on our experience and research, but we make no warranties whatsoever as to such advice and take no responsibility for any actions taken in response to such advice.

Animals Received Dead on Arrival:

In the event an animal is received dead on arrival, it must be reported to us within 4 hours of arrival, reasonably photographed, and placed in a Freezer immediately. We may request the animal be returned, by the same method as sent, for a necropsy. Full refund or replacement animal of like/equal value will be mutually agreed upon once deceased animal is received.

Disclaimers:

Centralian exotics / Lucas Lee is NOT responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from your animal. Even captive born reptiles are powerful, wild animals capable of inflicting serious injury and damages, and they must be treated as such. Upon purchase of a reptile, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by said animal.
